Performance and Executive Coaching
In addition to our Training and Development programs, Chine Greenfield Consultancy specializes in 1:1 'Performance and Executive Coaching' for senior Executives and Managers on general business, management, leadership and communication topics.
A Mentoring and Coaching service is available for new and developing Executives seeking to grow their knowledge and skills. We also offer a 'Trainer Coaching' program, again on a 1:1 basis, to your training staff as well as to independent trainers. Feedback on training and event evaluation surveys are a valuable service to busy training departments.
CGC is able to provide you with coaching consultancy, guidance and, where appropriate, resources to support your personal training, learning and development. Coaching sessions are always conducted in confidence and at an appropriate pace to suit the client's needs. We recognize that senior managers time is valuable and so we make increasing use of Video Conferencing (via SKYPE and similar systems) to allow maximum flexibility to the coaching client and this can be arranged at our locations if required.
