Training and Development

Three of our senior partners have enormous international experience in both consultancy and the derivation of appropriate leadership training. All of them are published authors and broadcasters. In addition to the senior partners there is access to a large pool of associate partners who also have successful careers. Such associates can be Western or Chinese as required. Training falls into two categories.

The first will is the provision of public courses. All the companies in the area will be invited to send delegates to a series of public courses or any individual course. The courses will normally be of two or three day's duration and will be fully participative.

Experience has shown that situations where the course leader stands at the front and lectures the group are only successful in certain well defined circumstances. The best results come when there is self realization because in these circumstances the delegate often suggests their own solution to their problems.

The public courses will offer a broad general spectrum of training. The first series will be some of the following topics.

All the courses will be provided with copious course support literature in the form of ring binders which by the end of the course will provide a beneficial resource. Naturally all course literature will be available in Chinese and English as required. Our experience is that often Chinese delegates like to have the literature in both languages.

The second category will be the provision of in house training.

This is where a company perceives a need, or is advised of a need for training. China Greenfield will provide a dedicated consultant who will discuss the requirements with the client and then produce some training recommendations. After discussion these can be translated into actual training courses with support literature unique to that situation.
